START UP A LOCAL TN
APPENDIX 2
WALLET LABELS
The principal requirements of a satisfactory label are:
That it should be sufficiently flexible to slip easily but firmly into the postal wallet;
It should not bend, curl or tear;
It should be easy for the blind user to be able to distinguish between the side addressed to him/her and the side addressed back to the TN. The simplest way to achieve these objectives is to obtain pockets made of rigid PVC from Action for the Blind.
The Post Office require the words ARTICLES FOR THE BLIND printed in green on both sides, so obtain a label with this caption printed in green at the top of each side. The rest of the label can be used for the address of the listener.
