Thank you for your continued support and patience over the last couple of months whilst we work with British Wireless for the Blind Fund to migrate the critical TN Upload and Alexa Skill over to infrastructure controlled by Talking News Federation.
A lot of work has been carried out in the background to make this process as seamless as possible for our Talking News members. Uploading your Talking News/Magazine is carried out using the exact same User Name and Password and exact same process as you did before; the only thing that is changing is the web address in which you use to access the service.
The Alexa skill has been updated as part of the work we are completing. Listeners will not hear or see any difference or changes here; Alexa will continue to work for them as it always has.
The new home for the TN Upload Service is: https://upload.hear.media.
For up to 90 days, you will also still be able to access the service via https://bwbf.org.uk however we highly encourage that you update your bookmarks and processes as soon as possible.
Whilst every effort has been made to made this process as seamless as possible, if you have the Web Player embedded on your website, you will need to update the code to point to the new domain as soon as possible. We have provided more information with regards to this, alongside a help guide and video on how to make this change. This is available on the Knowledgebase: Updating your Embedded Web Player | TNF.
We will be updating the other guides on both the TN Upload website and the main TNF Website as soon as we can.
