Summary
Talk Lochaber is a registered charity providing a Talking Newspaper for the visually and reading impaired in the Lochaber area. The service started in 1999 and the 1000th Edition was recorded in February 2022. Our 20 Volunteers prepare, record, compile and distribute a weekly broadcast from their homes. This includes articles from the Lochaber Times, Lochaber Life, De Tha Dol and Westword. Each Listener is provided with a specialist usb player.
