Welcome back – we’ve missed you
After 2 long years, the chance to get back in touch again with Talking News people and ideas. It has been a long and difficult break for the TN Family since the 2019 conference and it is time to take a fresh and positive look at the future world of TNs.
We have chosen Cardiff because a number of Welsh TNs have celebrated serving their local VI communities for over 50 years – and this deserves special recognition.
Because of the COVID uncertainty, there is less lead time than usual but we are determined to make this a valuable and enjoyable occasion. The programme is still under development but we will be back in touch very soon with booking information. For the time being, put the date in your diary – 8-10 October.
For the first time, we will also be providing a live video stream of the Saturday speaker programme – together with the AGM – for those unable to come and enjoy the event in person. There will be a modest charge per TN for this facility but this can then enable much wider participation to your local volunteers.
We very much hope to see you in person at the conference in Cardiff – a city well worth exploring in its own right – and will be back in touch very soon.
