How to access the Members Area

If you have not yet re-activated your account since this site was upgraded on the night of the 9th June 2021, you will need to follow the lost password process to create a new password. To create a new password click here and enter the email address you used on the old site. If you have never had a password please follow the instructions below.

Who can access the members area?

Access is open to all those with honorary or paid individual memberships and all those working for or volunteering with any organisation which holds a paid membership.

Obtaining a password

At present this site is undergoing a transition from one underlying structure to another. In order to make this transition as smooth as possible self-registration is currently unavailable. During this interim period, please email with your name, email address and, if applicable, the name of the member organisation you work for or volunteer with.

An account will be created for you and you will receive an email back with details of how to create a password to use it.

Due to the ongoing migration activity resource to create accounts is scarce and can take a couple of business days. TNF apologise for any inconvenience.

Changing your password

If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it for some other reason, you may do so by entering the email associated with your account at this page and pressing the “Get New Password” button. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to create a new password.
